Hi, I'm Allison.

I build the operational backbone of early-stage companies — the finance, the people, the compliance, and the systems that hold all of it together while the founders build the product.

I've done it for ten years, at six companies, usually as the first operational person in the building. Right now I'm VP of Operations and People at SaferData, a pre-seed AI AdTech company, where I'm acting COO.
